Precious Medical Centre and its subsidiaries, Pacific Medical Clinic, Pacific Healthcare Specialist Centre, Robertson Choo Oehlers Lee & Lye Dental Surgeons and Atria-Pan Dental Group work with various insurance companies and medical third party administrators. Please refer to your personal or company policies, or the various corporate websites to verify if direct billing services are available and if co-payment is necessary.
In addition, for Singaporean citizens and residents, some procedures may be fully or partially covered under programmes such as Medisave and Community Health Assistance Scheme (CHAS) or if you are part of the Pioneer or Merdeka Generations. Our guest relations officers will be happy to assist you in checking with the relevant companies or authorities and help you with the reimbursement process.

For patient under Cigna Health Insurance, our friendly staff will be assisting in direct billing, checking patient eligibility or health benefits under Cigna Medical and Dental plans. Do note that for some plans or procedures, a co-payment may be involved.
What does Cigna dentistry and Cigna medical covers?
The benefits covered by your Dental Plan include Preventive & Diagnostic Care such as Oral Exams, Cleanings and X-Rays and Basic Restorative Care such as fillings and simple extractions. Major Restorative Care is also covered under most plans and includes Crowns, Dentures and Bridges though for many plans, a co-payment is required.
Under Cigna medical plans, patients can benefit from our Comprehensive Health Screening that caters to men and women of all ages, Other services includes seeing our in-house general practitioner for common ailments like coughs and colds, vaccinations or even advance medical imaging scans.
